We are a SME business with ambition and growth in software solutions and publishing to popular airlines (which include EasyJet, British Airways and Ryan Air) and we also provide consultancy and support to our clients to ensure our technology and products are up to date and we can provide the latest in innovation.
With the growth aspirations it's not imperative to the business that we employ a senior sales consultant/business development manager to generate leads, meetings and propose to more airliners to be their main supplier for our market leading software products.
Ideally we want to employ a candidate that already has experience in software programs/publishing and selling into the aviation industry - however, this is not essential. Without the experience in selling software to senior officials, managers and board room level or your unable to demonstrate this then you're unlikely to be considered.
You will report into the Sales & Marketing manager and Annual KPI's will be agreed upon your arrival with the business. This will be broken down into Months and weekly targets and there will be regular meetings with senior management and the account managers on who we are targeting and why we should be targeting them to get the best out outcome for all parties.
We offer a generous salary and are willing to negotiation, subject to experience. Commissions are payable per sale and a realistic OTE in year 1 are around £45,000-£50,000 and circa £65,000 in year 2 onwards, but this is uncapped.
