Junior Marketing Campaign Manager
Nottingham
Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Full-Time (Permanent)
Hybrid Working

I am thrilled to be working with this client in the retail industry who are looking for an innovative, creative marketer to join their award-winning marketing team. As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will be working alongside exceptional marketers on curating campaigns from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to completion
  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including emails, ads, social media, print collateral and more
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on delivering on campaigns to promote products
  • Manage relationships with external agencies on relevant design work
  • Collaborate with design, social, communications and web development teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on analysis
  • Help manage project time lines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and able to provide constructive criticism and feedback on ideas
  • A creative and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent copy writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive messages.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritise, and a strong sense of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, analytic tools
