Macildowie are working with an established business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an experienced Merchandising Assistant. If you have experience of working within Merchandising and confident with analysing data then this could be the perfect role for you.

About the role:

• Responsible as part of a team for supporting delivery of the online customer strategy
• Become an expert and create business value by delivering personalised and relevant and email communications for new and existing customers
• Manage and utilise data in on the CRM platform
• Creating Marketing campaigns including email creation and copy writing
• Reporting on performance on campaigns
• To support your line manager with additional projects as and when required

About you:

• Excellent communication skills
• Confident liasing with senior internal/external stakeholders
• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Good understanding of performance marketing
• Confident with analysing data and creating reports
