Digital Marketing Executive

£25,000 - £28,000

Hamilton, Hybrid after probationary period

09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

We are recruiting for a dynamic creative business who are looking to expand their Marketing team. We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive drive the digital marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of marketing campaigns from inception to delivery, including design, execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals and content.
  • Engage with our audience on social platforms and community forums daily.
  • Create and monitor ad campaigns for key products.
  • Assist with various web-related tasks such as SEO, PPC campaigns, and content changes.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilise market insights to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Execute and analyse experiments to optimize conversions and drive revenue growth across digital channels.

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Proficiency in DotDigital or similar mailing software, including automation.
  • Two or more years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Magento, Google Analytics, Social Pilot, SemRush, Search Console, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, and Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyse data and report against KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
