Macildowie HR are working with a market leading UK organisation based in Warwickshire to source a confident and credible HR Business Partner who is looking for their next step in a strategic role with a hands on operational element. With the support and development from the Head of HR and HR Director, this is a fantastic role for someone wanting to take a function on an exciting journey and working for a business that offers progression and a fantastic career. The role is based in Warwickshire and paying £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.
Reporting into a supportive and commercial Head of HR and working with the wider HR Business Partner team you will support your key stakeholders on all people related HR matters including talent management & succession planning, employee engagement, performance, recruitment, training and employee relations. You will be a fantastic relationship builder, able to challenge and influence your key stakeholders and deliver commercial driven advice. This, coupled with fantastic communication skills is important as you'll attend monthly leadership meetings delivering commercial solutions on the HR people plan.
Within the operational team and along side the current HR Business Partners you will use drive, ambition and outgoing positive personality to take lead and have the drive to bring this HR function to the next level from a reactive to proactive service led function to deliver excellent results to drive the overall business strategy.
You will gain a depth and breadth of HR generalist business partnering experience and this is a fantastic development opportunity in a HR team with an excellent reputation.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a HR Business Partner role previously and be able to demonstrate commercial ROI and times you've made things happen. You will be an excellent relationship builder with examples of how you can turn around difficult stakeholders in order to work together in a true partnership. You will be ambitious, drive and enthusiastic in order to demonstrate confidence and credibility within the organisation as a whole and have the ability to drive change through influence of relationships.
