Macildowie HR are currently working on an exciting opportunity for one of our large clients based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a talent acquisition administrator. This person's main responsibilities will include supporting with all administrative duties associated with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth, effective and efficient service is provided to the customer.
Provide admin support to the Advisor's and Senior Management
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all customers and suppliers
Coordinate with other team members to ensure incoming calls are being answered
To support with any reasonable ad-hoc requests
Works closely with other members of the wider team to maximize overall effectiveness
Co-ordination of users providing first line support and system expertise for the Team
Work closely with system experts to understand the features of each system and how to translate such features to our Customers
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Able to demonstrate effective influencing skills
Excellent IT skills
Tenacious with a 'can do' attitude
