Our client is a business who are specialists in their sector and have had growth in the last few years due to the market in which they operate. They are based in Milton Keynes (near to Newport Pagnell) and easily accessible from the M1. Supporting the HR DIRECTOR this is a newly created role to add value to the existing Resourcing Function this TALENT specific role in a business who value their development in people through clear talent mapping and strategy. Working with the HR Director & other Directors, and the wider HR team, the role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Talent plan supporting current/future key hires and recruitment programmes through designing talent and succession strategies for the business, looking specifically at internal talent plans.
This role will include, scoping out and creating management and succession toolkits, engaging key stakeholders with what future talent is required in the business, measuring and increasing the amount of internal moves within the organisation by designing career pathways, to ensure growth and development of the current employees within the business, and finally looking at how appraisals can support and work with raising the opportunity in this area. To be considered for this role, you require previous experience specifically related to talent and succession planning, especially in a project capacity. It will also be advantageous to have exposure working within a Business Partnering position with experience of partnering key stakeholders.
