Job Title: Talent Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location: Cranfield (with UK Travel)
This varied and exciting opportunity will give you the responsibilities of managing the recruitment process including liaising with candidates and coordinating interviews and coordinating the entire recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle
You will advertise for all positions and manage the company linked-in recruitment page.
Negotiate with and manage agencies to provide timely and appropriate candidate details, both contract and permanent. Organise and pre-screen potential direct and indirect applications.
To conduct reference checks on possible candidates and prepare the offer of employment paperwork and all contractual documents and performing first day inductions
Strategise the recruitment of graduates via open days and assessment centres, Monitoring and reporting on KPI's.
Liaise with the People and Talent Manager, HR and the L&D Manager with regards to the on-barding and development plans for new employees, Conducting exit interviews and assisting with hr Audits and HR administration.
Live within 30 mins of Cranfield
Ambitious, energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for engaging Talent
Having experience of working within a busy and regional Resourcing role.
Degree educated or CIPD qualified with 2 years recruitment knowledge
Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle including on-boarding
Excellent attention to detail for a high level of administration
