Macildowie HR are delighted to be working on a role within a fast paced commercially minded and innovative company who truly believe in the development of people. This is based in their Leicester offices as part of their Shared Service function and will report directly into the HR Manager. This opportunity has come about as a result of an internal restructure and promotions from within. Ever improving their EVP they are currently going through an internal rebranding and looking for someone who can not only assist with this period of change but conduct a thorough process review for onboarding. The role is paying £25,000-£29,000 + bonus + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + statutory pension + parking.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who can drive change, work as part of a team and be a fresh pair of eyes with regards to processes and procedures, ensuring time scales and costs are reduced while maintaining a balanced work environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is extremely customer focused or who has experience within a sales and customer service environment. These skills will prove paramount for this role as you will be communicating with people on all levels ranging from stake holders to entry level staff and required to adapt your approach accordingly.
In addition to the above you will be first point of contact for the HR Admin team for all queries and support. This will mean you are responsible for team 1-2-1's and probation reviews allowing you to ensure all staff are up to speed and working at optimum efficiency.
Now the fun bit!
We are looking for someone with an analytical mind, who can run reports and process data, ask questions and devise a new strategy from the results. This can be anything from KPI reviews, Management Reports and Process Reviews, you will be required to challenge all processes, ask questions as to why things are done certain ways and develop a feedback strategy to bring about change. This is all with the aim to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process. Finally there is a projects element to the position, the main aims are to reduce agency spend and reduce time to hire of new staff. This role is reporting into the HR Manager who has been in the company for a number of years and who is not only inspirational and driven but a strong leader. They are present, contactable and supportive and will work well with someone who is autonomous and happy being given direction but not method. There is no micro managing, no secrets and they will rely on the Team Leader to push back and challenge them.
