Job Description

Are you a results driven people manager, with the desire to succeed and deliver customer excellence at all times? I'm recruiting for a rapidly expanding events company based in Bedford.

You will support a small team, guiding them to achieve the highest possible standards of service when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients. You will help to manage escalated queries from all side of the business - internally and externally - ensuring a positive outcome every time. You will identify and support any training and development needs, manage and report on team performance and ensure that the team is as productive as possible. Management experience is a must for this role, events experience would be a distinct advantage but the ability to juggle multiple tasks in an ever changing and demanding environment is absolutely key.
