You will be responsible for leading a team of 10 telesales executives, with the aim to achieve sales targets across all revenue streams. This role is a key position within the organisation and you will be working closely with the Board of Directors. If you are passionate about people and have experience in developing sales and marketing strategies, then this could be the right job for you!
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Undertake a proactive approach to sales and marketing key deliverables
Applying innovative and creative marketing strategies to attract new business
Regular planning and reporting on department's performance
Working closely with key internal stakeholders to identify and address areas of need within the business
Develop strong local product and competitor knowledge through proactive research
Coaching and developing the telemarketing team through regular 121's, PDP's, and daily support
Reviewing and setting targets for the team
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Experience in managing a Telesales team is essential
Relevant Sales strategies
Impeccable communication skills
Analytical ability, networking skills, time management, result driven, budgeting & reporting
Can liaise at board level
Self-motivated, leadership skills, adaptable and open minded
