Our client, a global manufacturer with a local base is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant / Office Manager tp support a Board-level individual and their small team. You will be a first-class EA with experience of supporting senior leaders within sizeable organisations. You will need to be available to start immediately upon successful interview and will ideally be available for the full duration of the 5 month temporary contract.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Extensive international travel coordination for a small team
Understanding of managing a complex diary across timezones
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring the office administrative function runs smoothly
Ad-hoc project coordination events, office moves, etc.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Experience of managing a complex diary with significant international travel
Experience of supporting senior leadership team within sizeable organisations
Able to juggle conflicting demands and priorities
Dealing with a constantly changing workload
Flexibility and a sense of humour!
