Macildowie HR are working with a well known retail business in Nottingham who are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis.
You will provide a professional administrative service to the HR team. This is a varied and busy role and you will be responsible for recruitment and payroll administration as well as generalist HR duties. This includes running the recruitment process, updating relevant pay information and changes to the payroll system, drafting new starter offer and contracts of employment, chasing outstanding documentation for personnel files and updating HR files. Departmental administration will be part of the role, including dealing with the post, processing invoices and providing administrative support to the HR Department.
The Successful Candidate:
You will have experience working within a HR administration environment and you should enjoy a varied and busy environment with the ability to prioritise key tasks.
-Working at pace and have the ability to communicate and work with volume within a large business
-Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
-High level of capability in Microsoft Excel
