Healthcare Recruitment Manager - Interim - up to £50,000 - estimated 3-4 months
Macildowie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded charity organisation with the recruitment of a Healthcare Recruitment Manager on an interim basis. The role is expected to last around 3 months and will pay up to around £55,000.
Managing a small team of temporary resourcers and schedulers, the Recruitment Manager will ensure that the organisations flexible Workforce needs are met, utilising an already established bank of staff and also working with agency suppliers. The postholder will assume full management responsibility of the team and will be expected to support individuals with performance and development as well as overseeing the management of the temporary workforce.
The Healthcare Recruitment Manager will identify strategic opportunities to improve performance of the temporary workforce and any new initiatives to grow the bank of staff. The Recruitment Manager will oversee and ensure the functions compliance with HR processes, expected standards of work and with safeguarding standards. This will include monitoring training of temporary staff and working with training team to ensure all workers are 100% compliant.
Our client is looking for a strong people manager with experience in a temporary staffing or high volume recruitment environment, that is comfortable managing any employee relations issues. Experience of dealing with external agency suppliers in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
