Macildowie HR is working with a client in the logistics industry to recruit a Training Administrator to provide support to the L&D partners and technical training team, as well as ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The role will be based in Warwickshire, being offered on a 6 month contract during this busy time for the company, with the potential to become permanent, and will be paying around £16,000-£18,000.
-Be the first point of call for all L&D enquiries
-Working closely with the L&D partners and technical training team to provide full support
-Tracking and managing all of the training activity through reporting systems
-Liaising with external venues, training providers and suppliers
-Coordinate and schedule the training courses from end to end whilst ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
The Ideal Candidate
-Have some background in L&D and excellent administration experience
-Have experience within the logistics industry
-Excellent IT, organisational and time management skills
-Can work effectively on own and be flexible
-Happy to communicate with all levels
This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a corporate professional environment and will enjoy the co-ordinating and scheduling of the training courses from end to end.
