We have started recruiting 2x Treasury Manager positions. The opportunities will be working for leading businesses within their sectors who are both expanding internationally.
Working closely with the Senior Management and The Board, the key responsibility will be to effectively manage the Group's multi-currency cash balances and debt facilities.
By pro-actively managing the FX risk for the group and assessing risks and impacts by economic changes, you will be required to recommend suitable solutions to mitigate the risk profile and ensure the foreign cash balances are effectively managed.
In order to accommodate for further growth, you will be required to build and implement suitable policies to manage hedging, cash flow, forecasting and any changes to accounting treatments.
There will be exposure to a range of internal and external stakeholders, which will include banks, loan and fund managers, and these relationships will need to be effectively managed.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Firstly, you must have experience of working within a fast paced treasury function along with the working knowledge of Accounting Standards in an international environment.
You must be able to demonstrate that you are pro-active, self-motivated and highly driven to deliver results. Excellent communication skills will be required due to the business facing aspects of the role.
