Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a client who are seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR shared services team based in Burton-on-Trent. Our client is an established manufacturing business with a fast-paced environment wanting a HR professional to support on full generalist HR functions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel to the different UK sites to support HR Managers on ER, Projects, Occupational Health and Training of Line Managers.
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who will understand that no 2 days will be the same. The role offers large variety and opportunity to travel on the role, whilst growing on a professional level by learning off different senior HR professionals.
