The day to day business operations are run by our Management team. We like to operate with a team that is roughly 50/50 in terms of members of the team who joined as raw graduates and have been promoted whilst others have joined from other recruitment businesses and progressed into management positions. We believe that the mix gives us the perfect combination of promoting from within as well as acquiring the skills, experience and knowledge from other established organisations to ensure that we’re constantly striving to improve.
