Lauren Regan

After graduating from university and finishing her role in travel and the hospitality industry, Lauren decided it was time for a change and a new challenge and never looked back. She started her recruitment journey recruiting for sales advisors, customer service advisors and admin assistants then moved on to recruiting for more senior roles such as area sales managers.

Lauren has joined Macildowie to continue her career in recruitment and work within the Office & Commercial Support team, and she cannot wait to develop her skills further. 

Lauren enjoys walking her Sprocker spaniel Elvis who is wild and loves to play ball, going on holidays especially with a nice sandy beach, spending time with her friends and family and watching soaps and reality TV.
