Emily Ralph

Emily joined us in December 2023 after working for a recruitment agency in Manchester where she only focused on the client side, so is excited to be working on both sides of the recruitment process at Macildowie. Emily has joined the Nottingham-based HR team.

On the weekends you’ll find Emily writing scripts and directing short films, at the cinema or the theatre. She also likes to go on hikes and camping trips. In 2024, she is hoping to complete the Three Yorkshire Peaks and the Ultra Jurassic Park Walk.
