Tom joined Macildowie in 2017 and has previously worked in various management roles across the Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail and Leisure Industries. Tom recruits for Part and Newly Qualified Accountants across the Derbyshire and Staffordshire areas focusing on salaries from £25,000-£50,000. Tom’s client base ranges from start-up SME’s to some of the region’s biggest Blue-chip companies. He prides himself on giving a transparent, honest and top quality service to both his candidates and clients by getting to know people well and understanding their individual needs. He is a big believer in integrity in all aspects of life and likes to think he gets the same from all those he works with.

In his spare time, Tom keeps fit and healthy and is a qualified Spin instructor. He lives with his wife Abbi and their 2 dogs. He can often be found out for long walks at the weekend in the countryside. He is also an avid DIY’er and loves building rustic furniture from reclaimed wood.
