Senior Business Process Lead (Process Development Manager)

Salary: £70,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working (50/50 split)

Location: Milton Keynes

Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Process Manager to spearhead our clients process mapping and improvement team, creating best in class process analysis and development.

Sitting as part of the wider IT and Digital team, this pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team of process modellers and improvement analysts to design and refine the organisational process blueprint. Your expertise will help achieve operational excellence through the effective management and optimisation of processes, with a strong focus on quality and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Management Leadership: Take charge of process mapping resources, mentoring the team while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Process Optimisation: Drive enhancements in efficiency and productivity by optimising workflows and implementing innovative strategies.
  • ARIS Platform Mastery: Utilise your expert knowledge of the ARIS platform to lead process modelling, analysis, and simulation efforts. Experience on this platform is key so please include your experience in your CV.
  • Data Analysis: Employ data mining techniques to extract insights and improve process performance.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Manage relationships and project alignment with external partners, ensuring integration of third-party solutions with process improvement goals.
  • Performance and Reporting: Set and monitor key performance indicators, reporting on process improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Change Management: Develop strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organisation.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards in process documentation and mapping to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Your skills and background:

  • A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business process management, particularly using the ARIS platform - Please include your experience using the ARIS platform in your CV.
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in process mining and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful collaboration with external partners.
  • Experience in change management and quality assurance.
