Marketing Manager

We are partnered with a leading manufacturing business who are looking to develop their marketing division.

You'll spearhead content creation initiatives, develop comprehensive SEO strategies, and execute campaigns that resonate with intended target audiences across the wider business. To succeed in this role, we are looking for creativity, an analytical mind set, coupled with strategic acumen to maximise online visibility and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and resonates with our target audience.
• Create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media, videos, and more.
• Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor SEO performance metrics, and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our marketing strategies.

The Candidate:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
