Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented sales professionals to exceed targets and drive business growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, health care professionals, and clients to enhance our market presence.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the dynamic pharmaceutical landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to sales planning.
  • Experience of working in Sales and with Primary Care is essential.
