Job Title: Private Client Paralegal
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Overview
Our client, a reputable and growing Legal 500 private practice is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Private Client Department in Nuneaton. This role is office based Monday - Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for a capable and confident legal professional with a solid background in Private Client work to run their own caseload with supervision. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about client care, has a good understanding of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration, and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-regarded regional firm.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Private Client Paralegal, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters with supervision
  • Drafting wills, probate applications, LPAs, and other related legal documentation
  • Attending to clients meetings
  • Preparing correspondence, court forms, briefs, and detailed attendance notes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files

About You
Essential Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Paralegal in a Private Client team
  • Confident managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Solid understanding of Private Client work (Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and compassionate approach;
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Windows
