Finance Manager £5million Turnover Business, Leicester
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing £5million turnover business based in Leicester. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you will provide financial leadership, ensure robust financial management, and support commercial decision-making across the business.
As Finance Manager, you will:
Provide strategic financial direction to support long-term sustainability.
Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and the production of management accounts.
Manage all aspects of the end-to-end finance function, including payroll, pensions, tax, and statutory compliance.
Take ownership of cash flow, balance sheet, and P&L management.
Oversee internal controls, systems, and audit processes.
Be the main point of contact for auditors, banks, HMRC, and other stakeholders.
Support business decisions by providing insightful analysis on pricing, cost control, capital expenditure, and other key areas.
About You:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience.
Proven track record in producing full accounts and business partnering at a senior level.
Hands-on, proactive, and confident in managing the full finance function (with support from one part-time accounts clerk).
Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the drive to support business growth.
