Temporary HR Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract)
Contract: 6 months (fixed term)
Location: Coventry/Warwickshire (with hybrid working)
Salary: £47,000 to £54,00 per annum full time equivalent, depending on experience
Macildowie Recruitment are delighted to be working with a valued client to recruit a HR Business Partner on a fixed term basis for around 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive HR team during a period of significant organisational change. The role will involve both business-as-usual HR partnering and supporting large-scale change initiatives, such as restructures, TUPE transfers, and organisational design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a true business partner to senior leaders and directorates, providing advice and solutions across a wide range of HR issues.
- Lead and support change management programmes including redundancy, TUPE, and organisational re-design.
- Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations cases.
- Coach and guide managers on HR issues such as conduct, absence management, and grievance processes.
- Lead and contribute to HR and organisational development projects.
- Design and deliver training programmes to build management capability.
About You
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex, unionised, or public sector environment.
- Substantial experience of supporting and delivering organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (ideally Level 7) or equivalent.
