Resourcing Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (6-12 months)
Salary: £33,600 per annum FTE
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 60% office based)
Macildowie are working with a client based in Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit a Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team on a 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be responsible for delivering a professional and integrated recruitment service across a wide range of disciplines, supporting hiring managers with expert advice to ensure recruitment campaigns are timely, fair, and effective.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering internal and external recruitment activity in line with Resourcing policy
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and suppliers, acting as a trusted partner.
Providing advice on advertising routes to market, assessment tools, and interview techniques.
Managing multiple campaigns, ensuring recruitment activity is efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
Recording and analysing data for reporting purposes and contributing to process improvements.
About you:
Experience in recruitment with knowledge of advertising methods, assessment tools, and interviewing.
Strong stakeholder management and supplier relationship management experience.
Knowledge of recruitment legislation
Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organisational, and influencing skills.
