    This is a 6-8 week temporary role to support with reconciliations and cashbook processes.

    They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.

    The roll is fully office working Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 - however for the right person they can be very flexible with the working hours and can even offer part time flexibility.

    The salary for this role is up to £16ph dependent on experience.

    This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Reconcile Accounts: Verify and rectify discrepancies in large transactions.
    • Review Transactions: Scrutinise and classify large value transactions accurately.
    • Investigate Discrepancies: Resolve any inconsistencies found during reconciliation promptly.
    • Maintain Cashbook: Record and reconcile cash transactions accurately.
    • Monitor Cash Flow: Track cash movements, including large transactions, for liquidity management.
    • Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in creating accurate financial reports using reconciled data.
    • Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with other teams for smooth transaction processing.

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    • Proven experience of Accounts Assistant role
    • Must have bank reconciliations experience
    • Experience within the construction industry or with Coins systems is beneficial but not essential
