Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors with my partner, our two boys, and our dog, Bruce. When I’m not chasing them around, you’ll probably find me hosting ridiculous games for friends (think murder mystery with consequences), hogging the karaoke mic, or enjoying a cocktail on a roof terrace somewhere warm.

What do you do?

I personally specialise in permanent transactional finance recruitment, from entry-level through to leadership roles. Alongside that, I manage a talented group of consultants who cover Sales & Marketing, Transactional Finance, and Office & Commercial Support across the south midlands region. My focus is on driving quality, consistency, and growth while keeping the culture fun, competitive, and collaborative.

What are you known for?

I’m known for bringing structure, energy, and a bit of humour to everything I do. I take pride in balancing high performance with genuine care - whether that’s helping consultants smash targets, refining processes, or building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. I’m big on detail, creativity, and holding myself (and others) accountable - all while keeping things human.
