About the Role:
The Payroll and Accounts Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This position is integral to both the payroll and accounts departments, providing a balanced focus on processing payroll and managing accounts tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Maintain and update employee timesheets and related records.
- Manage purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Assist in month-end financial processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to address payroll and accounts inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts management.
- Proficiency in managing purchase ledgers and timesheet records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
