About the Role:

You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity by ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices. Your efforts will directly impact financial operations, ensuring suppliers are paid efficiently and records remain precise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of purchase invoices with precision.
  • Scan invoices and manage digital records.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
  • Process expenses accurately and timely.
  • Handle daily post and ensure efficient distribution.
  • Liaise with suppliers via phone to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with various admin tasks as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support the finance team.
