  • Supporting sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and credit notes.
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records.
  • Assisting with credit control and management of overdue accounts.
  • Supporting the preparation and processing of payroll, including collating and validating payroll data.
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation tracking.
  • Ensuring financial records and supporting documentation are maintained accurately.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Supporting external audit requirements by providing relevant documentation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a transactional finance or accounts role.
  • Strong purchase ledger experience, with exposure to wider finance processes such as reconciliations and month-end activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and resolving queries.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
  • Clear opportunities for career progression and development.
  • Exposure to a broad range of finance activities.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Fully office-based role.
