Customer Adviser (Part-Time)
Location: NG17
Salary: £13–£14 per hour
Working Pattern: Part-time, 3–4 days per week
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Customer Adviser to support our team. This role involves handling customer enquiries, managing warranty claims, and assisting with project work and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage warranty claims from start to finish
- Liaise with suppliers and update customers on progress
- Support ongoing projects and business improvements
- Keep records and systems up to date
- Provide general administrative support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage tasks independently
