Job Description

Customer Adviser (Part-Time)
Location: NG17

Salary: £13–£14 per hour
Working Pattern: Part-time, 3–4 days per week


About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Customer Adviser to support our team. This role involves handling customer enquiries, managing warranty claims, and assisting with project work and general administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage warranty claims from start to finish
  • Liaise with suppliers and update customers on progress
  • Support ongoing projects and business improvements
  • Keep records and systems up to date
  • Provide general administrative support

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage tasks independently
