Customer Support Administrator

Location: Burton upon Trent
Salary: £26,000–£27,000
Contract: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Department: Customer Service & Administration

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This role combines customer service, administration, sales support, and marketplace management. You'll be responsible for maintaining customer records, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records and data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing excellent service and support.
  • Respond to product enquiries across online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
  • Manage product listings, customer reviews, and liaise with the fulfilment team.
  • Make outbound calls to promote products and identify sales opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or order processing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces is advantageous.
