Salary £13-£14.50ph
Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week very flexible on hours! Also can be part time
Location Either [Office / Hybrid / Remote] Must attend the office on occasions in Worksop

Job Purpose
The CAD Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the technical and design team, focusing on document control, drawing management, and maintaining organised CAD systems. The role does not require advanced CAD design skills, as technical drawing work will be supported by training and senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CAD and project teams
- Manage and maintain drawing registers, folders, and document control systems
- Upload, issue, archive, and track CAD drawings and related documentation
- Ensure correct file naming conventions, version control, and revision tracking
- Liaise with designers, engineers, and external stakeholders to coordinate drawing updates
- Assist with basic amendments to CAD drawings where required (training provided)
- Monitor deadlines and support the timely distribution of drawings
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Prepare reports, logs, and schedules relating to drawings and documentation
- Support general office and project administration tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in an office-based administrative or coordination role
- High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow processes, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Basic familiarity with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Experience working with document control systems
- Exposure to technical, construction, engineering, or design environments
CAD design experience is not required for this role, and training will be provided.
