IT Support and Systems Analyst
- Contract: c.3 Months
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Location: Bicester
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: £200+ per day
I'm currently working with a client who is looking to bring in an IT Support and Systems Analyst to assist their internal IT team with a focused programme of work ahead of an upcoming Cyber Essentials+ audit.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be supporting day-to-day operations while also helping deliver several key security and device management improvements across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day IT support requests alongside project work, including JIRA ticket triage
- Accessing company devices and manually reviewing configurations, carrying out re-enrolment and remediation where required
- Assisting with application packaging for Intune (100+ applications)
- Implementing macOS security hardening based on an existing configuration plan
- Monitoring Intune secure baseline alerts and liaising with users to resolve device issues
- Staying on top of patching alerts for both end-user devices and infrastructure
- Gathering audit evidence to support the Cyber Essentials+ assessment
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong hands-on IT support / systems administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management
- Familiarity with macOS administration and security configuration
- Comfortable working through high-volume, process-driven tasks
- Organised and methodical with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting security or compliance initiatives is highly desirable
- Confident working with stake holders across the business to ensure deadlines are met.
