Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator working for a quirky business based in the Coalville area. The business administrator will play a vital role in the day to day running of our
business with focus on the below duties and responsibilities.

The role is full time and permanent.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Give competent and effective support to both our sales and our operational
activities through the cohesive organisation and analysis of our workflow
management systems (simPRO) as well as all other internal systems.

Project support for tender completion, quoting, procurement and stock,
along with client handover documentation and site requirements.

Supplier analysis to ensure the most efficient costs and payment terms are
being obtained.

Company vehicle and fleet management and compliance.

Staff training, budgets and grants.

Support other members of the team in accreditation (both industry standard
and discipline specific), business compliance and Quality Management ISO
9001 management.

Property management support

Understanding compliancy requirements and ensuring all areas of the
business are compliant as necessary.

Understanding and monitoring our Quality Management systems ISO 9001,
to ensure ongoing audits are complete and up to date along with
Management review meeting scheduled and actions completed.

After Sales Support

General administration

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Proven verbal and written communication skills along with competent IT
skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required)

Experience in SimPRO and Xero is highly beneficial but not essential

Ability to collect, analyse and sort data to prepare reports and budgets

Tracking the business expenditure efficiently and effectively in certain areas

Negotiating agreements with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal people skills to help provide great cohesion between
internal departments and with clients and suppliers

Works well individually and also as part of a team

They would look at people with experience or school leavers
