Working schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Profile:

• Engaging with customers through phone and email to provide top-notch service
• Cultivating and nurturing strong customer relationships
• Managing orders from entry to fulfilment with precision
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range and services (so some experience of CNC tooling/woodworking tooling industries would be brilliant if you have it)
• Offering valuable support to our dynamic external sales team
• Streamlining sales administration tasks for efficient operations
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with our valued suppliers
• Collaborating across various business areas to contribute to overall success

Ideal Candidate:

• Pragmatic individual with some experience in technical sales, ideally within woodworking/CNC tooling
• Familiarity with woodworking machinery processes is a plus
• Adaptive to changing workloads and responsive to evolving customer needs
• Well-presented and a team-oriented professional
• Capable of working independently to achieve defined objectives
