Job Description

Sales Project Administrator / Milton Keynes / Salary up to £27,000 per annum / Full time/ Fully Office Based.

Macildowie are pleased to be working with a business who thrive in helping customers turn consumer brand experience into physical reality. The sales project administrator acts as a project coordinator supporting both the sales support teams and relationship sales teams working to maximise and project margin.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Input data into salesforce when required
  • Estimating and quote preparation in line with program or project activity
  • Liaise with Project manager over order cover requirements to ensure the business has cover in place for additional sales and variations
  • Preparing files for invoicing
  • Providing general office coordination when required to

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or Sales Administration ideally within a manufacturing business
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills
