Customer Experience Executive

Nottingham

Up to £30,000(Dependent on skill set)

Full time - 37.5 hours

Macildowie are pleased to be working alongside a brilliant organisation within the Nottingham area, to find their next customer experience executive.

This is a temporary, full-time position working Monday to Friday with a minimum of 39 hours a week. This role will be fully on site but the shift times will have flexibility.

This organisation is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Experience Executive to join the team and help elevate the customer interactions to new heights.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the sales team to maximise sales.
  • Play an active part in the Customer Service team in order to achieve service targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the sales team and across the business and the external customers and suppliers, as appropriate, in the pursuit of the business vision.
  • Play an active part in the Customer Service team in order to achieve service targets.
  • Support the facilitation of incoming calls and the group inbox.
  • Process sales orders and complete all associated administration.
  • Identify "upsell" opportunities and generate leads from the incoming calls.
  • Promote up selling by identifying and pursuing opportunities for cross selling of new products to existing customers.
  • Maintain & Develop relationships with key customers.

The successful Candidate

  • Good listening and communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organisation skills with great attention to detail.
  • An interest in technology is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills in a range of MS Office packages / CRM Management.
  • A customer-centric mind-set and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Data analysis experience would be preferred but not essential.
  • Call centre experience preferred but also not essential.
