Property Administrator / £23,000 per annum / Full-time / Permanent / Coventry

Macildowie are excited to be exclusively partnered with a long-standing business within the property industry currently looking for a new Property Administrator to join their growing team!

Role Details:

-8:45am to 17:30pm working hours

-Full-time Monday to Friday

-Coventry based

-Fully office based role

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure correctly set up new developments on company systems

-Process invoices for payment

-Handle former tenant arrears and assist with the prevention of it occurring again

-General administrative duties

-Keep Property Management software and spreadsheets up to date

Experience Desired:

-Block Management experience within the property industry - highly desired

-Experience with Microsoft packages

-Experience within the property industry
