Job Description

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established company and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base.

£24,150| Full time | Monday - Friday | Office Based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
  • Ensure end-to-end customer service excellence within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Follow documented processes and procedures consistently.
  • Document all customer interactions in our company systems.
  • Utilise provided IT tools effectively.
  • Take ownership of operational customer issues, ensuring resolution within agreed service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Adhere to established escalation processes and drive them to satisfactory completion when necessary.
  • Maintain commercial efficiency's to meet contractual Service Level Agreement requirements.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contractual obligations for each customer.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with contractual customers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Complete essential administrative tasks within specified time frames.
  • Operate within defined parameters as outlined in the non-contractual bonus scheme, delivering customer service excellence.

  • Displays exceptional precision and a keen eye for detail.
  • Possesses outstanding organisational and administrative abilities, capable of thriving in high-pressure situations and handling multiple tasks to meet customer SLAs and KPIs.
  • Exhibits the capacity for independent thinking and effective problem-solving.
  • Demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and the ability to excel in demanding situations.
