Customer Service Advisor / Northampton / Salary up to £23,000 per annum / permanent

This role is based in Northampton and you'll be working for a highly successful company within the Software Industry.

You will need:

• Experience with Customer Service Skills
• Good working knowledge of various applications - word, outlook, (power point and excel are essential).

• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Calling Students to confirm orders, take payment and arrange delivery
• To process sales orders
• To communicate to customers the status and progress of their orders
• To process credit card payments
• Filing
• KPI Reporting
