Customer Service Assistant / Permanent / Up to £23,200 per annum / Full-Time 40 hours over Monday to Sunday

Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a company in the leisure industry based in the Kettering area, looking for a new Customer Relations Assistant to join their team.

Role Details:

-Full-Time shift work, 40 hours over Monday to Sunday

- Permanent basis

Daily Duties:

-Full management of reception

-Deal with customer enquiries and handle complaints until closed

-Booking management

-Keeping CRM system up to date and accurate

-Weekly reports detailing customer complaints

Skills desired:

-Proficient on Microsoft packages

-Excellent Time Management

-Previous Customer Service experience

-Attention to detail

-Effective communication
