THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator working for a business based in Loughborough.

The role offers hybrid working and is a full time permanent position which is Monday - Friday.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning engineers
Raising invoices
Contract renewals
Customer quotes
Ordering parts
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Liaising with engineers

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

SAP experience would be desired but is not essential. Strong customer service skills and IT literate.
