  • Coordinating and facilitating the procurement of goods and services.
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting with inventory control and supplier negotiations.
  • Collaborating with various departments to meet purchasing needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


  • Previous experience in a buying or procurement role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
