Job Description

Sales Administrator / Permanent/ up to £28,000 per annum / Buckingham / Fully office based

Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a UK leading manufacturing business. Your main responsibility will be to provide full administration and customer service duties. This role will be a great position for someone who has experience In Sales administration

You will need:

  • Experience as an Administrator or Sales Administrator
  • Good working knowledge of various applications - word, outlook, (power point and excel are essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders on Progress Plus
  • Liaise with customers both via email and on the phone
  • Tracking deliveries
  • Updating despatch dates on the system, and keeping customers informed as to any delays/updates regarding their orders
  • Picking and Packing is involved within this role due to covering whilst on holiday.
