Position: Collections Advisor

Salary: £20,250

Term: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) - Fully office-based

As a Collections Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing collection processes. Your duties encompass resolving customer and supplier inquiries, securing payments for outstanding debts, managing both incoming and outgoing customer interactions pertaining to credit and debit issues, and ensuring the attainment of daily and weekly account targets. Moreover, this role presents the chance to engage in administrative tasks and conduct liability investigations, facilitating your professional growth.
