Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £20,250 per annum

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients customers through both inbound and outbound calling. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with their queries.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Conscientious with excellent organisational skills
• Proven ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross functional departments
